AT&T LG K10 receives July security patch as build K42520d

AT&T is pushing a new update to LG K10. The update brings July security patch, yup, in September. It is an OTA update and may take some time to reach your device.

This security patch adds an added layer of protection by safeguarding your LG from viruses and other threats. The update, which arrives as build K42520d also includes various other under-the-hood performance improvements as well as other minor system enhancements too.

It is advisable to connect to a good Wi-Fi network before downloading the update and keep your handset charged as high as 50 percent.

Meanwhile, the successor of LG V series, the LG V30 was launched recently. It features 4GB RAM, Snapdragon 835 processor, and dual rear cameras. LG V30 flaunts a 6-inch 18:9 OLED FullVision display having a resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels.
