You can get a replacement through Muzan’s spins at the Lair, but the result is random: you could land on an art you paid to remove, including Obi Manipulation or Shockwave. An Evil Art Orb tells you its art before activation and gives you the art it names. If you want a particular art, farm the boss that drops its orb. Chests can yield Evil Art Orbs too.

Sickles: Find Hoyuzo inside a cave in Bamboo Grove for this art.
Arrow: Look for Yahari in Bamboo Grove at night; Yahari drops this art.
Temari: Sumari drops this art. To reach Sumari, head through Bamboo Grove, across the bridge past Yahari.
Obi Manipulation: You’ll find its boss, Datai, inside the cave beside the waterfall near Windy Peak.
Blood Manipulation: Gyutai drops Blood Sickles and Circular Slashes and shares Datai’s cave near Windy Peak.
Ice: Domae drops this art. Look for him between the village houses in Iceveil Valley.
Shockwave: Head to the illusory rock wall near Windy Peak in the Wilderness to find Akaza, who drops the Shockwave ultimate.
Blood Rupture: Nezura drops Pyrokinesis and the Blood Rupture ultimate. You’ll find Nezura in Final Selection Plains, past Butterfly Estate.

Stay on the same server while your training quest is active. Switching servers during the questline erases your quest progress, so you’d have to repeat the workouts.

Using an orb or claiming your spin result starts the replacement art’s Core Training quests. You don’t get attacks immediately. Training can ask you to do pushups or squats, push or split a boulder, or defeat Mizunoto Demon Slayers, with exercise objectives usually taking you to Butterfly Estate.

Finish Core Training to unlock Demon Art. As you increase mastery, the art’s moves become available to buy through the Skill Tree, where you’ll spend points on your first ability. More nodes open as your replacement art gains levels.

Open the Skill Tree and check that your replacement art’s branch has taken the previous branch’s place. Check your fist mastery entry too: it should list the replacement as your equipped Blood Demon Art. Use your first unlocked move to see the change in action.
