If you’ve pre-ordered the Asus made Nexus 7 tablet or looking to get one as soon as it arrives in the US, it seems you might not have to wait too long as it might start shipping as early as next week. An XDA member who tried to cancel his pre-order of the Nexus 7 got a reply from Google stating that cancelling is no longer possible as the pre-order shipment processing has already started and that Google’s shipping provider is moving forward with delivery preparation.
This is a strong indication that the Nexus 7 might indeed start shipping soon as it is already in the hands of shipment provider. Also, online retailer Staples mentions on its website that the tablet is expected to ship between July 12th and July 17th (and that there is limited stock available that is expected to sell out fast).
These two clues indicate that it might not be too long before people are able to rock the pure Google tablet, so here’s hoping the shipping starts as soon as possible. Because, you know, it’s the Nexus 7. Everyone wants it, almost everyone.
