New software updates for the mid-range LG Optimus Zone 3 smartphone is now available from Verizon Wireless. The update features bug fixes and the latest security patches. The software version of the update is VS425PP6 and users should get the update over-the-air.
The LG Optimus Zone 3 is still running Android Lollipop 5.1.1 and it will never get the Marshmallow update. However, it is a very cheap smartphone and supports 4G LTE, which is a plus.
Verizon also released a minor software update for the LG G Pad 10.1 LTE, bringing bug fixes, improvements and the latest September Android security patch. The software version for the G Pad 10.1 LTE is VK70026A.
The LG G5 recently started receiving the Android Nougat update from all major US carriers. LG was one of the first manufacturers to roll out the Android 7.0 update. The latest updates for the smartphone came from U.S. Cellular and T-Mobile.

When downloading the updates, make sure you’re on a strong WiFi connection and have more than 50 percent battery charge. These updates don’t really bring any new features, but we would still recommend that you install it.
