Canadian carrier Rogers have updated their schedule to reveal that their Xperia X Performance and Huawei Kiwi GR5 will be getting the Android 7.0 Nougat update soon.
For Rogers Xperia X Performance users, the wait will finally end on February 8th when the Canadian carrier will start pushing out the sweet Nougat update to the device. And it includes VoLTE support on Rogers.
The updated schedule also mentions a security update for Huawei Kiwi GR5 that is expected to be available soon.
Other devices which are in the pipeline to receive the Nougat update from Rogers are Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.

Meanwhile, Rogers is also rolling out RCS or Rich Communication Services to a larger audience in Canada. For the uninitiated, RCS is a standard that allows you to send and receive messages without using Internet or the usual SMS traffic.
