Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has received great reviews from critics and fans alike. The new game seems to improve on its predecessors in terms of maps and battle mechanics. Areas are more densely packed now with fewer barren lands in between.

Additionally, you get to experience the culture of two different countries ie: Norway and England. The battle mechanics have also been improved and a new attack that allows you to slam your opponents seems to be the most popular among the fans of the franchise.

Like all new Assassin’s Creed games, Valhalla too comes with an aviary companion for your character. Your aviary companions allow you to scout locations, spot and mark enemies from far away and even discover hidden loot.

Additionally, Valhalla even allows you to adjust the look of your Raven according to your own liking. Let’s take a look at how you can do this in Valhalla.

How To Customize Raven in AC Valhalla

Note: You will need to unlock ‘Lunden’ and surrounding areas for this to work. Additionally, if you are just starting the game, you will need to unlock stables first in order to access skins for your raven.

Start by visiting the stables near Londinium Amphitheatre.

Now head towards the stables and talk to the keeper.

Select ‘See Shop’.

Now switch to the Aviary tab. If you are using a controller, you can use the shoulder buttons to switch between different tabs.

You will now be shown all the skins available for your aviary companion. Each skin costs a minimum of 200 coins and a maximum of 650 coins. This price can increase or decrease depending on the trader you are visiting as well as your current standing in the game. Purchase the skin that you like the best and it should automatically get applied to your Raven.

And that’s it! The skin for your raven will now be changed.

Can I change the look of other companions?

Kind of, you can change the look of your horse by visiting the stables above in a similar fashion. Instead of your aviary companion, you need to select your horse and then purchase a new one.

Sadly, instead of changing the look, this will replace your horse with a newer one. So you should check the stats of your current steed and the one you are buying to ensure that you are getting an upgrade and not a downgrade.

We hope you were able to easily change the look of your Raven using this guide. If you face any issues, feel free to reach out to us using the comments section below.
