The station is easy to miss because the map landmarks matter more than a named icon. For the weekly challenge, drive to the actual station building, not a random rail track or nearby cut-through.

Open the map in Tokyo City and find the central park with two lakes. From that park, look just south or southeast for a gray rectangular rail area with dark parallel rail lines running through it.
That gray rail-line block is your target landmark. The station is the large red-brick building beside those tracks, close enough that you can fast travel or drive straight to the block and pull up in front of the facade.
You do not need a big map label for Tokyo Central Railway Station. Use the park, the two lakes, the gray block, and the dark rail lines as your route markers.
Frame the taxi and the red-brick station together; the challenge is checking the car at the location, not a landscape shot of the building alone.

Photo mistakes that stop the objective
The most common miss is taking a clean station photo while the 2017 Toyota JPN Taxi is out of frame. Keep the car visible and close to the station so the shot reads as the taxi being at the landmark.
Use the exact 2017 Toyota JPN Taxi. A different car, or a similar-looking taxi model name, will not satisfy the weekly challenge objective.
Finally, skip the generic rail tracks and the nearby Tokyo Central Railway Station Cut Through. For this task, park at the Tokyo Central Railway Station building itself, with the red-brick facade behind the taxi.
