Shikisai-no-Oka location on the map
Shikisai-no-Oka is the colorful flower-field landmark in Hokubu, around the center-north part of the map. Look north of Tokyo City, but stay south of the snowy northern area.
On the map, the area stands out as a patch of multicolored farmland and flower rows among the surrounding fields. Zoom in until you can see the Shikisai-no-Oka map label, then drive into the flower-field area rather than stopping on the nearby road.
How to complete the Ferrari photo challenge in Forza Horizon 6
Once you are in a Ferrari, the challenge is just a location check and Photo Mode shot at Shikisai-no-Oka.

Fix for the photo not counting
If the first photo does not complete the challenge, the car is probably not deep enough inside Shikisai-no-Oka. Move farther into the flower field instead of staying near the road or edge of the landmark.
The most reliable spot is closer to the middle of the field, especially around the left-side logo area shown on the map when zoomed in. Reopen Photo Mode there and take another picture; the challenge should register once the game reads you as being properly inside the field.
Drive toward the center-left logo area inside Shikisai-no-Oka before taking the shot if your first Ferrari photo does not count.
Ferrari choice for #PetalPower
Any Ferrari works for #PetalPower, so do not overthink the model. The 1969 Ferrari Dino 246 GT is a convenient option only because it overlaps with the same season’s Do-It-All Dino Weekly Challenge, but it is not required for this photo challenge.
