Go to western Shimanoyama and find the large circular arena beside the lake on the west side of the World Map. The stadium is a round structure, with several roads leading directly into the area once you set a route.
For the cleanest waypoint, target the nearby Horizon Stadium Scramble event marker. It sits just outside the arena and makes the right location easy to pick from the map.

Use any car, drive it into Horizon Stadium, and take one clean Photo Mode shot with your car in the stadium area.

Do not go to Edogawa Baseball Stadium in Tokyo City for this Daily Challenge. That baseball venue is a separate stadium, and it will not count for Stadium Scenery.
For this challenge, the required spot is the round Horizon Stadium arena in western Shimanoyama, not the smaller baseball stadium near Tokyo City.

Fixes when Stadium Scenery does not register

- Move farther inside Horizon Stadium.
- Make sure your car is clearly within the stadium bounds.
- Retake the Photo Mode shot with the car visible in the arena.
- Avoid taking the photo only from outside the stadium, even if the arena is in the background.
