The wait for Chapter 2, Season 5 of Fortnite is finally over. Players can embark on the Zero Point journey where they will come across new challenges and bounties. By completing various quests players can get XP points as well as rewards throughout the game. Players can count on daily quests to be a reliable way to get rewards. One of the daily challenges that players have to complete is placing a wiretap on a telephone pole near Holly Hedges.
This quest becomes available after the Holly Hedges area of the map has been explored by the player. Players need to tap a telephone pole by installing a wiretapping box beside a compatible telephone pole.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to put a wiretap on a telephone pole in Holly Hedges in Fortnite.
Players need to first see the list of quests that they have to perform. The Sleuth will prompt the daily quest of placing a wiretap on a telephone wire in Holly Hedges.
If you see that the quest is listed then you can try to complete it.
When you get dropped from the battle bus you need to maneuver your character towards Holly Hedges.
Once you have landed you need to walk around to find a telephone pole. Having found a telephone pole all you need to do is get close to it and interact with it to install the wiretap.
However, there are some telephone poles towards the Northern side of Holly Hedges which are incompatible. So, you need to ensure that the pole you are approaching is interactable.
After you interact with the pole you will see that a wiretap box will appear. You have to only install one wiretap for the quest. With that, the quest will be complete.

By completing the quest you will get 10,000 XPs. If you do not find the quest listed then ensure that you have explored the Holly Hedges area of the map.
