Samsung is all set to roll out the new One UI interface carrying Android Pie update for its flagship lineup of 2018 as well as the 2017 devices such as the Galaxy S8, S8+, and Note 8. Just a few days ago Samsung announced its Android 9 roadmap for all of its eligible devices.
The roadmap, however, did not include any concrete dates for the rollout of the Android Pie update for the devices and just included the month in which the update should be expected for each eligible device. Thanks to the new information published by guncelmiyiz, Samsung official blog for Turkey, we now know the exact release dates of the Android Pie rollout for the Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, Note 8, and Note 9 as well.

As per the information, the Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, and the Galaxy Note 8 would be receiving the update together on February 15, 2019. Fortunately, Galaxy Note 9 users would receive the update one month earlier on January 15, 2019.
The luckiest of all are Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ users since the Android 9 Pie stable update has already been released in some regions. The update schedule seems to be in-line with Samsung’s official Android 9 Pie update roadmap.
Currently, the Android 9 Pie beta is available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 as well as the Galaxy S8/S8+ (Snapdragon variant). The Android 9 Pie update also brings along Samsung’s new One UI for its flagship devices such as the Galaxy S8/S8+ and newer.
