How to manage automatic downloads in the Store?
You can turn off automatic downloads by clicking on your Profile Picture > App Settings > App Updates. Turn off the toggle for the same and you should no longer receive app updates automatically on your device.

You can go to the Store > Library > Get Updates to update all your apps from the Microsoft Store.
