The Sony Xperia T, the LTE-enabled TL variant of which was just launched by AT&T, is set to launch in Canada this month, but there have been no details on availability dates nor pricing. However, according to a leaked inventory listing, Bell will be launching the Xperia T on November 14.

Along with Bell, Mobilicity, MTS, Rogers and Videotron are also slated to get the Xperia T (TELUS currently isn’t on the list). Contract pricing info hasn’t made an appearance yet, though the off-contract price will be set at $549 according to a recent leak.

The Xperia T sports a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB RAM, 4.6″ 720p HD Reality display, 13.1 megapixel camera with 16x zoom, 1.3 megapixel front camera, 16GB internal storage, microSD slot, 1850 mAh battery, and Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. An update to Android 4.1 is scheduled for 2013.
