Insulating Mail location in Beast of Reincarnation
Start from Mountain Village Entrance, the first camp you reach at the beginning of Chapter 3. From there, head toward the western, back-side part of the village, where the area starts to look more industrial and power-plant-like.
Key The armor is inside a small metal shack or room near a purple symbol. Once you enter that room, open the unlocked strongbox to collect Insulating Mail.

Begin at Mountain Village Entrance, the first camp you find as Chapter 3 starts.

Move into the western, back-side section of the village rather than staying near the camp.

Go up the rocks ahead to begin gaining height toward the shack route.

Insulating Mail is a strong defensive upgrade for early Chapter 3 because it gives high protection, plenty of Spirit Stone room, and heavy resistance against lightning damage. That makes it a natural fit if you want to survive rougher fights in The Great Wall Terraces.
The tradeoff is the Extreme Enemy Awareness. If your build relies on sneaking and quiet kills, this armor works against that approach even though its defensive numbers are excellent.
