At level 16, Horde Druids can get Aquatic Form by collecting two pendant halves, combining them, and finishing the quest with Turak Runetotem in Thunder Bluff.
The pendant hunt takes you through The Barrens and the waters off Silverpine Forest before sending you back to Moonglade and on to Thunder Bluff. The sea lion comes with a little assembly required.
Start the Aquatic Form quest chain
The chain runs from Trial of the Sea Lion to Aquatic Form. Take on the pendant hunt in Trial of the Sea Lion, and review the trial’s objectives in the Barrens using your map and quest log.
Collect the pendant halves in The Barrens and Silverpine Forest
For a Horde Druid, The Barrens is a suggested first stop. The second half lies underwater off the Silverpine Forest coast, so you’ll need to make both pickups before returning to Moonglade.

At Elder Rise in Thunder Bluff, enter the tent and show the pendant to Turak Runetotem, the Druid Trainer, to complete Aquatic Form.
Where to look
Restore the Pendant of the Sea Lion in Moonglade
Combining the halves creates the Pendant of the Sea Lion and fulfills Trial of the Sea Lion’s item objective. Keep the finished pendant for the quest hand-ins that follow.
Complete Aquatic Form in Thunder Bluff
After the flight lands, your map or minimap marks Elder Rise, where Turak Runetotem awaits. Completing his quest grants Aquatic Form and an Aquarius Belt.
Follow the Elder Rise marker after landing in Thunder Bluff to find the final hand-in.
In Aquatic Form, you swim faster and breathe underwater. Shapeshifting into it also removes Polymorph effects. At least the next swim won’t call for a Bubbly Fissure.
