Approach the large black cauldron and read the recipe board behind it. The opening instruction is ADD ORANGE, which identifies the first ingredient you need.

STEP 2

Collect the orange pumpkin

Look on the carpet among the black folding chairs in the blue-walled room, where a green cat-like creature stands beside the chairs. Find the pumpkin’s Orange Grab prompt and press E to pick it up. A pink item beneath broken blinds in a side room has the separate Pink Grab prompt.

STEP 3

Deposit the orange pumpkin

Carry the pumpkin back and interact with the cauldron to drop it in. Orange is marked complete on the display, and the cauldron bubbles with a yellow glow.

Collect the red cherries

Enter the inverted clinic room and look for the red cherries floating above the examination bed. The room has white tiles, dark platforms beneath the cherries, and an upside-down pink character on the left wall. Use the Red Grab prompt and press E to collect the cherries. The upside-down hospital room contains a floating yellow mushroom. A yellow item has the Yellow Grab prompt.

STEP 5

Deposit the red cherries

Return to the cauldron and place the red cherries inside. The board advances to ADD WHITE, directing you to the final ingredient.

Collect the white bone

Head into the medical reception room marked by cross signs. Pick up the white bone resting on a fallen door among the debris forming a ramp. Along the corridor, a cyan feather has the Cyan Grab prompt.

STEP 7

Finish the brew

Bring the white bone back to the cauldron and deposit it to complete the potion. The completed Witch’s Brew interface appears with a floating golden cauldron in the damaged hallway.
