The Day 6 Relic is the prize for completing Witch’s Brew, a cauldron puzzle that asks you to collect ingredients by color. The theater elevator’s 6 button takes you to the floor where the hospital route begins. Roblox Presents, a Roblox group, develops The Hollow.

How to get the Day 6 Relic in The Hollow
The Animal Hospital entrance is a portal in a dim red hallway. Look for the glowing doorway as you approach the puzzle area.
Reach the Animal Hospital, complete the Witch’s Brew recipe, and bring the relic back to the theater lobby.
Part 1 – Reach the Animal Hospital on Floor 6
Enter The Hollow theater
Cross the plaza toward the theater entrance marked NOW SHOWING and The HOLLOW, then head inside.
Walk to the elevator
Continue through the theater lobby to the elevator doors at the back. This is your way up to the puzzle’s floor. If an error modal appears, dismiss it before entering the elevator.
Select Floor 6
Enter the elevator and use its control panel, which has floor buttons numbered 1 through 6. Press 6 to travel to the sixth floor. An arrow points toward floor six on the panel.
Find the hospital portal
Leave the elevator at Floor 6 and follow the dim theater corridors toward the glowing purple doorway. Go through the portal to enter the hospital maze.
Part 2 – Complete the Witch’s Brew recipe
Read the cauldron’s recipe
Locate the black cauldron with the WITCH’S BREW display. Read its color sequence before collecting the ingredients; the first prompt is ADD ORANGE.
Collect and deposit the pumpkin
Find the orange pumpkin on a chair in the blue-walled room with folding chairs. Use its Orange Grab interaction, then carry it back and throw it into the cauldron.
Collect and deposit the red berries
When the recipe asks for ADD RED, enter the side examination room. Look for red berries floating above the counter in the tiled room, near the upside-down pink character, then collect them and return them to the cauldron.
Collect and deposit the feather
Look along the floor by the broken door frame, near the wooden surface, for the feather. Press E to grab it, then return to the cauldron and deposit it to finish the brew and obtain the relic. The finished cauldron displays BREWED!.
Part 3 – Bring the relic back to the theater lobby
Leave through the hospital portal
With the relic in hand, retrace the hospital hallway and exit through the portal. A floating golden cauldron in a distorted blue hallway, with a WITCH’S BREW card reading DELICIOUS! above it, is a visual landmark during the escape. The escape dialogue counts the total as six and urges you to leave before anything else notices.
Return to the Floor 6 elevator
Avoid the entity as you retrace the dark theater corridors. Look for the How to Play board to the left of the open elevator; it tells you to complete the puzzle, claim and bring back the relic, avoid the entity, and collect the daily reward.
Take the elevator back to the lobby
Enter the elevator and ride down to the main theater lobby to collect the puzzle reward. The return awards a badge and the avatar item The Amazing Liquidative Bighood.
