A little birdie from South Korea has been spreading some interesting rumors. The tech giant Samsung could release two models of the Galaxy Note 10, in 4G and 5G variants. Now that is not a rumor. But speculation is rife that a third smaller Note 10 aimed at European markets is also being hammered out.
After the success of the Galaxy S10e, a compact model in the S10 series, it seems that this smaller version of the Galaxy Note 10 may follow in its footsteps.
A Galaxy Note 10e, perhaps?
The rumored 4G and 5G variants of Note 10 are supposed to be sized at 6.66 inches (or 6.75-inches), a tad lesser than the size of a Galaxy S10 5G variant. However, the smaller NOte 10e will be considerably larger than the Galaxy S10e, as the rumor has it that it will feature a 6.4-inch display, the same as the Galaxy Note 9.
If you ask us, that’s on the higher side of the spectrum even for a smaller Note device. Given that S10e features a 5.8-inch display, a 6.1-6.2-inch display for the Note 10e looks more fitting. FYI, the Galaxy S10 features a 6.1-inch display while the S10 Plus gets a 6.4-inch panel.
The Galaxy Note 10e — it’s a nice ring to it, right? — is being built for a niche market that is overwhelmed by large screen sizes. As we mentioned above, the popularity of the Galaxy S10e lies in its treatment as a flagship model and not just as a budget-friendly variant of the S10.
The smaller version of the Note 10 may find its success in the same way in the European market. But, till there is no official announcement on the Galaxy Note 10e (Samsung, are you listening?), watch out for the Note 10 which is expected to be in the market by August this year.
Expect the rumor mill to keep churning out many goodies on the Note 10, Note 10 5G and Note 10e for the next few months, or more, until we reach near to announcement which is expected to take place in August. If you have rumors, then you are in for a long, dull run!
