STEP 1
Check the entry requirement
Open the Teleport menu and find Shipwreck Cove, marked Stage W3-1. Its requirement reads “Beat Alien Overlord.” You can also approach the locked World 3 gate to see the condition displayed at the entrance.
STEP 2
Defeat Alien Overlord
Beat Alien Overlord at the end of World 2 to unlock access to World 3.
STEP 3
Enter the World 3 portal
After defeating the boss, return to the hub and enter the World 3 portal.
