As reported previously, Nubia Z17, the mid-range smartphone from ZTE is slated to go official today, at an event in Beijing National Aquatics Center, also called Beijing Water Cube.
However, just a few hours prior to its release, a new image has surfaced on the Chinese microblogging site, Weibo, where the popular football player, Cristiano Ronaldo, is seen endorsing the smartphone.
Notably, the device which is blue colored in the image flaunts dual rear camera, thus confirming the previous TENAA leak. The device is expected to feature 23MP + 12MP dual rear camera setup, along with 16MP front camera. In addition to that, a rear fingerprint sensor is also present on the device.

Further, the image also suggests bezel-less display for Nubia Z17. ZTE reveals with pride that it is “The genuine Bezel-less smartphone”. That said, we recently reported that ZTE might launch an all screen phone alongside Nubia Z17. Could it be the Nubia Z17 itself? Considering, ZTE is promoting it as “The genuine Bezel-less smartphone”. Well, it’s just a matter of few hours before we get our answer. So, let’s wait patiently.
The other specs of the device include 5.5-inch FHD display, 3100mAH battery, and 4GB or 6GB or 8GB RAM and 64GB or 128GB storage. There are rumors that the device may feature Quick Charge 4.0 support and UFS 2.1 flash storage.
