A new software update is available for the Huawei Nova 3i that installs EMUI 8.2.0.131 for those in India. The update is rolling out over the air and besides installing a new Android security patch for the month of October 2018, users of the Nova 3i will enjoy some much-needed improvements in the camera app.
Huawei says the new update brings the super-night mode feature to the Camera app that lets you capture more appealing photos in the dark. The Nova 3i already comes with a great camera on paper, and with the latest update, Huawei hopes to make it an even better proposition in the wake of growing competition from the likes of Xiaomi, Oppo, and others.

This is an OTA update that has so far been spotted on model INE-LX2 of the Nova 3i and weighs nearly 700MB, so be sure to connect to a stable Wi-Fi network in order to upgrade. Also, we expect the update to be released in other regions sooner than later.
