Start by saving beside the telephone box so you can retry the throw if it misses.

Find the telephone box and save
At the booth marked Telephone, open the Ground Level map to locate your marker and the booth in Clara Woods Estate, then make a manual save before attempting the throw.

Find the prone enemy
Close the map, round the corner, and enter the foggy street, where a pale enemy lies on the pavement.

Pick up the brick
Enter the gated side passage near the save point on the right and collect the Brick from the ground at its dead end; a + Brick notification appears.

Move beyond the sidewalk sign
Return past the prone enemy to the street-level sidewalk, then move around to the other side of the A-frame sign reading STORE CLOSING SAVE 50% and take your position behind it.

Align the reticle with the statue
Ready the Brick from the item wheel and aim so the lower edge of the circular reticle’s right bracket roughly meets the top of the distant, fog-obscured statue; this alignment sends the throw toward the enemy.

Make the headshot
Throw toward the prone enemy: the brick must hit its head from over 15 metres away to unlock the trophy. If you miss, reload the telephone-box save immediately and collect the brick from the same passage again.
