Good news for Huawei Nova 3 owners in India. The company has released the Android Pie update with EMUI 9.0 in India in beta form.
The update is available via OTA (over-the-air) to all those Nova 3 users who have previously registered under the beta program. But do keep in mind that this firmware is still in beta, so it might contain bugs and issues.
Which is why, it’s recommended you backup all of your data from your Nova 3, before proceeding to install the new beta on your device. Huawei also notes that downloading the update over Wi-Fi is recommended. Users should also make sure they have at last 50% battery left.
The new update will install Huawei’s new EMUI 9.0 skin which brings a bunch of improvements to the table such as new SmartCare AI learning, Password Vault, GPU Turbo 2.0, easier switching between apps and many more. Android Pie also has its own set of new features like gesture-based navigation, new Quick Settings UI design and Advanced battery with AI support.
