May 08, 2019: EMUI 9.0.0.186 is now available for Nova 3 users in China. The update doesn’t improve to a newer security patch, but it optimizes the video call experience using WeChat and the screen sensitivity when viewing long images in WeChat.
You must be using the previous B184 in order to receive the latest OTA update.
April 03, 2019: The Chinese variant of the Nova 3 has a new software update as EMUI 9.0.0.184 rolling out. The update brings the latest security patch for April 2019 alongside the usual bug fixes and performance enhancements.
In order to receive the OTA to the latest build, you must be using the most immediate version 9.0.0.181, which came with January 2019 security patches.
