The route is short once you know the raided lab under the statue is the target — open the map, drop in, and craft on the spot.

Open the world map and mark Ranger Outpost: Statue near the statue landmark. That raided lab is your target.

Approach the subterranean lab door below the statue, go inside, and move past the scattered debris toward the crafting table on the far wall.

Other ransacked outposts worth checking
Ranger Outpost: Statue is the direct answer, but it is not the only lab that holds this type of bench. Into the Abyss scattered ransacked Ominent outposts across the yard — the Ranger Outpost sites around spots like the Bridge, Gnarly Bark, Skunk Pond, the Pergola and the Rose Garden are all worth checking if the statue lab is out of your way. Work through raided labs until you find another bench.
Skip any lab that has a fast-travel point — those did not contain a Forbidden Workbench, so focus your search on ransacked labs without one.

The Forbidden Workbench crafts the Mysterious Stranger arsenal — the weapons and trinkets you turn up while exploring the Park. Once you’ve discovered a piece of gear, build it here. The menu covers one-handed, two-handed and dual-wield weapons, bows and candy staves, plus a separate trinkets tab, so one stop can outfit several loadouts. Not the regular or Marine Workbench
This bench is separate from the two other workbenches you will use. The regular Workbench is the buildable station you unlock early by analyzing a Grass Plank and place wherever you like — it handles most tools, armor and consumables, and it is nothing like the fixed Forbidden bench. Into the Abyss also added an underwater Marine Workbench for pond base-building, which is a general submerged crafting tool, not the Mysterious Stranger station. The simple rule: if a bench can be placed by you, it isn’t the Forbidden Workbench.
