If you have been keeping track of the news regarding Samsung Galaxy Note 8, you wouldn’t be surprised if we told you Samsung will release the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 in August, before IFA 2017 scheduled to be held in September in Berlin.

We gave you a reason in one of our posts, where we mentioned the reason to prepone the launch is to get a head start on Apple’s upcoming iPhone 8.

However, until today, we didn’t have a specific date for the launch. But thanks to a recent news report, which suggests that Samsung will release the successor of ill-fated Note 7, Galaxy Note 8 on August 26th.

But, hey, this is not from an official source. As per the report, Samsung is currently looking for the venue where it will hold the launch event. So, yep, the dates could change, but rest assured Galaxy Note 8 will launch in the late August only.

According to the previous leaks and rumors, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is expected to feature 6.3-inch display, dual camera and Android 7.1.1. In addition to that, as per recent renders, it will sport a bezel-less and Infinity display, similar to Samsung Galaxy S8.

However, Samsung will give a miss to on-screen fingerprint sensor and will go with the same rear fingerprint sensor as present on Samsung S8.
