The Party Won’t Stop is a side quest in the western West Incursion Zone. Dead civilians lie on an apartment rooftop, while the people inside are trapped in a party they cannot end.
The rescue brings gear, a Talent Point, and an achievement tied to keeping everyone alive. This guide covers the apartment route, the karaoke choices, Greg’s story, and the rewards.

The route begins on the rooftop above the party. The apartment is your way in.
Find the party on the rooftop, then finish its karaoke song.

Follow the music from the terrace into the apartment.

Open the map to find the West Incursion Zone, then cross the Downtown Manhattan rooftops, ledges, and obstacles toward the terrace near Testing Facility Broadway. The map labels the nearby building “Singing Reported?”

The quest notification appears when you reach the rooftop. Track The Party Won’t Stop under Side Stories, then examine the fallen civilians; interacting with one can give you Source. Your first objective is Investigate the Source of the Music.

Enter the apartment
Take the rooftop door, descend the dark stairwell, and follow the colored light into the living room, where civilians dance around a glowing karaoke machine.

Talk to a partygoer
Ask one of the dancers what is happening. The music must keep going, the partygoers have to sing, and the song needs to be finished; your next objective is Sing.

Use the microphone to carry the song through its final choice.

Make the karaoke selections in the order given below. When the song ends, the machine shuts off, the dancers are released, and the quest completes.

Speak to the survivor
Once the music stops, talk to the rescued partygoer seated against the living room wall and go through the dialogue to hear what happened to Greg.

For …gasoline, use the Right input. The song reaches “Always be what you want to be…” between …too long and …move; select that line if it appears on your dialogue wheel.

What happened to Greg at the party?
This was Greg’s going-away party. He was moving overseas after meeting someone, and the group was using a karaoke machine he had bought at a police auction for the first time. Their party turned into a song they could not stop.
A warning tells you not to touch an unspecified object, saying that was how Greg died. After the rescue, a survivor gives a different account: Greg was singing, realized people were being hurt, refused to continue, and suddenly died. The survivor suspects the machine or the song but does not know which caused his death.
What rewards do you get for The Party Won’t Stop?
Completing the quest awards the Untaped Bar Blade and Varsity Jacket outfit. The completion sequence also grants Talent Point +1 and advances West Incursion Zone vendor progress.
If every partygoer survives, you also unlock the Be What You Want To Be achievement.
