Find Testing Facility Vesey in The Park
Testing Facility Vesey is in the northeastern part of The Park, reached through either of two sewer entrances. Inside, the wall reads TESTING FACILITY VESEY. The active side mission is Unsupervised Science.
A railing overlooks the central chamber. The Tesla stations show blue and red, and their power sockets are visible on the floor and raised platforms. You’ll need to move between those elevations as the stations begin to spark.

The objective is Shut Down the Experiments. Start at the main terminal, then respond to whichever station is sparking.

Collect the rewards in the observation office
Quest Log Updated is the completion cue for Unsupervised Science. Return to and interact with the main-floor observation console to complete the experiment shutdown before heading to the newly accessible security door on the upper platform. The area marker in the upper right reads THE PARK 2; the zone is The Park.
Beyond the door, enter the rear observation office, which overlooks the park. Collect the Emergency Hood accessory, open the orange materials chest for +1 Undefined Reading, then retrieve Notes From Dr. Roth from the corner desk. The header reads Dr. Roth – Research Notes. At least the paperwork stays put.
