Your first clues are a headless body in hospital quarantine and a locked archive cabinet. The trail points to the team ranger at the Field Office Loading Docks, then to what’s believed to be the research team’s threshold. Wilson comes after that, with a return to the threshold still ahead.
How to finish Crossing the Threshold

Start the Field Hospital investigation
The patient is Lewis, patient 0127, team lead at threshold site 7B. When the cabinet blocks the investigation, Zoe explains that Security recently changed the access codes and the hospital staff have yet to receive them. The Quest Log switches to Get the Archive Cabinet Code.
Retrieve the archive code and read the quarantine list
The list links the body to a team suspected of contracting a paranatural disease. It places the team ranger at the Field Office Loading Docks and underlines Wilson; the map marks both the Loading Docks and Dig Site Threshold for the investigation ahead.
Investigate the Loading Docks body and camera
The body here is believed to belong to another expedition member. The camera might have captured what happened, and the Security Station might have its footage. Next, investigate the Dig Site Threshold.
Track the Dig Site Threshold in the Map and Quest Log after inspecting the Loading Docks.
Search the Dig Site Threshold research station
The threshold reportedly shows itself through sight and sound. Inside the elevated station, the findings indicate that a couple of team members went to the Field Hospital. Wilson is accused of murder, which gives the search for him new urgency.
Clear the warehouse and find Clancy Wilson
The fight spans the warehouse floor and upper catwalks. Once the hostiles are gone, the back office brings you face to face with Wilson and the entity.
Host AVP-3 and finish the quest
The Quest Log and world map point back to the Dig Site Threshold. Releasing it in the rift awards the Untapped Premonition Knot and Sensory Treatment Hood. Dylan is told that Wilson has surrendered.
