Find the Mysterious Dog on a Central rooftop east of the Field Office, then bring her green plush up from the alley below.
Look for DOG Location of the Mysterious Dog on your map in CENTRAL 3. She’s beside an empty dog bed. Speak to her, and you’ll learn what’s wrong: she’s lost her toy.

Use the Field Office marker to orient yourself toward the rooftop to its east.

Climb over the rooftop railing, head toward the water tower, and drop into the lower alcove where the small golden dog sits beside her bed.

Drop into the alley beneath the roof and pick up the green dinosaur-like plush from its wooden pallet.

Place the plush in her bed, then interact with the dog to pet her.
Collect the glowing materials beside the dog before heading into the alley. During the interaction, you receive +10 Source, +19 Source, and +1 Distorted Form.
Find the green plush in the alley
Watch for the red laser tripwires during your descent. Once in the alley, pass the dumpsters toward the dog poster on the wall. The plush rests on a wooden pallet against the wall, beside trash bags.
Return the toy to the bed and pet the dog
As Dylan, carry the green toy back along the alley with telekinesis, keeping clear of the trip lasers. At the street near the gas station, climb the scaffolding and retrace your earlier route along its wooden walkway. Vault the railing to reach the roof again. The toy stays airborne as you vault, so keep going into the lower alcove.
Return the toy and pet the dog. Your quest log changes after petting her, with Quest Log Updated appearing before your reward notification, +1 Undefined Reading. Dylan talks to the dog while standing beside her.
