Spring Storm and Ornate Robe are both found in Chapter 8’s Crater Zone fortress route: Spring Storm is picked up near a corpse before the control-panel room, while Ornate Robe is inside a strongbox beside the control panel.
Key Both items sit on the Wasteland Region route through the Crater Zone, during the Cavern Gates push toward the fortress around Lake Base. You do not need to detour into a separate side dungeon; keep following the fortress path and check the nearby interactables before and at the control panel.

Grab Spring Storm before activating the control panel, then open the strongbox beside it so you leave the fortress route with both rewards.
How to get Ornate Robe in Beast of Reincarnation
Reach the Crater Zone fortress
Progress Chapter 8 until Cavern Gates sends you through the Wasteland Region toward the fortress in the crater.
Follow the Lake Base route upward
Move through the structural fortress path around Lake Base until you reach the center/upper section with the control panel.
Open the strongbox beside the panel
The Ornate Robe is in the strongbox right beside the control panel, on the same route you use to advance the story.
Equip it for elemental defense
Use it when you want Defense 54, 5 Spirit Stone slots, low enemy awareness, 80 Flame Resistance, and 80 Lightning Resistance.
Spring Storm and Ornate Robe are separate pickups
Spring Storm is the sword pickup near the corpse-side area before the control-panel room. Depending on your angle through the hallway, you may see it described as beside a corpse, on a crate near a corpse, or in the hall before the panel room; it is the same nearby pickup area, so check that space carefully before moving on.
Ornate Robe is not on that corpse-side pickup. It is the armor in the strongbox beside the control panel, and neither item is a merchant purchase on this route.
