The MWC 2017 has come and gone, the flagship devices of OEMs released and the launch date of Galaxy S8 announced. All has been over except one thing. The video leaks about Samsung’s upcoming flagship smartphone have not stopped pouring in. The more Samsung wants to tighten the lid over S8 leaks, the more frequent it gets. The latest one to hit us is a very very brief 5-second video clip that shows the Galaxy S8 in full light.

Yes, you read that right! A clip as small as a mere 5-second is also enough for starved eyes waiting to catch a glimpse of the real device in action (not in mere images!).

The video leak has been uploaded on Twitter via Benjamin Geskin who claims to be a designer who ‘makes realistic renders based on rumors and leaks’. But the actual source cited by Benjamin is 505nick on Instagram.

The video starts by showing the front of the black colored Galaxy S8 in which the curved edges, edge to edge display, the amazing screen to body ratio can be made out. As obvious, there’s no fingerprint scanner on the front and the S8 sports a smooth bezel-less look.

The phone is turned over to display its back which rocks a camera, LED flash, heart rate sensor and of course the fingerprint scanner at an unusual place beside the camera. The branding goes in below the rear camera while the Galaxy S8 moniker sits way little below it. The tipster further zooms in to show the identification numbers on the sticker pasted on the back with the words ‘CONFIDENTIAL’ written in big bold letters.

Although, there’s nothing new in the video that we do not know about Galaxy S8, this is the first time we are able to get a real better look at the device.

Samsung has announced to launch the Galaxy S8 at multiple city events in new York and London on March 29th followed by rumored pre-order starting from April 10th and global release on April 21st.
