Being rolled out as over the air (OTA), the update should hit your Xperia X devices on its own. Once it arrives on your handset, you will receive a notification about it. If it hasn’t arrived yet and you do not want to wait for it, you can manually check the update by looking for it in Settings>>About device>>System updates. If it is there, first download it. Once downloading is complete, install the update.

However, make sure that your device is sufficiently charged and connected to a WiFi network before starting the download.
