Xposed framework and its modules are one big reason why people root their devices. The extra functionality and customization options you get from Xposed modules can be very addicting, and once gotten sued to them, you’ll definitely miss it when it’s not there. Luckily for Galaxy S6 owners, your bestie just got the a compatible version of Xposed framework, and even although in initial stages, it should work out pretty good. Credit for Galaxy S6 compatible Xposed framework goes to wanam, while as you already know, Xposed is rovo89’s brainchild.
The Xposed module was tweaked to work with international Galaxy S6, model no. SM-G920F, but it should be working alright on other variants of S6, and S6 Edge too. So, if you own a Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge at T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, US Cellular or else, you can still give it a try.
Though, there are some requirements to get Xposed working. First up, you need to have root access on your Galaxy S6 set. Next, you must be running a deodexed ROM. Oh btw, you need to be on Android 5.1.1 OS for this. So, that rules out AT&T S6 and S6 Edge already and those two are yet to see 5.1.1.
We’ve provided some very helpful links right below for you, to get root access, and a deodexed ROM from. This shall set you up perfectly for smooth journey to Xposed installation.
