The Honor Play and Honor 10 in Europe are currently getting a new Android Pie-based beta update. Two builds are available for the Honor Play (COR-L29), versions 9.0.0.15 and 9.0.0.304, while the software version on the Honor 10 (COL-L09) will be bumped up to 9.0.0.108.
The updates give owners of the Honor Play and Honor 10 the chance to test out a number of new features including a new simplified UI in EMUI 9.0. Honor has also added a series of new Alarms and ringtones inspired by nature, in order to bring back the wild into your everyday life.
On top of that, Honor is bringing SmartCare AI learning features to your device to help you wake up on time and get ready for a new day. There’s also a new Password vault option designed to store your passwords and autofill them when needed.

Last but not least, the new builds bring optimizations in terms of gaming performance, and improved launch speeds for the most popular apps.
Honor recommends to download the updates via Wi-Fi and to make sure that you have at least 50% battery left before doing so.
