Reach Sunreach at Level 11 by catching Croajiro and Chillet, riding to Feybreak Island, climbing the Feybreak Tower exterior with Croajiro’s leap, and using the tower portal. The standard progression path gates Sunreach teleport access behind clearing Feybreak Tower.
The early route is a low-level traversal push built around movement, not combat. Croajiro gives you the vertical launch needed for the tower exterior, while Chillet gets you across the water once you can craft its saddle.
Level 11 Sunreach route versus the normal path
| Route | What it requires |
|---|---|
| Level 11 Croajiro climb | Croajiro, Chillet Saddle, Tundra Outfit, Feybreak Tower exterior climb, tower portal. |
| Normal Feybreak Tower route | Feybreak Tower, Bjorn & Bastigor defeated, summit altar/portal, Sunreach fast-travel activation. |
KEY!
Level 11 matters because it unlocks the Chillet Saddle, not because Sunreach opens normally at that level. The normal route still runs through the Feybreak Tower boss clear, while the low-level climb gives you early access before regular progression.
For the tower leg, follow the tower marker and terrain more than the coordinate alone: the early climb route uses around -1293, -673, while the normal Feybreak Tower listing is around -1294, -1669.
Level 11 route prep in Palworld
| Need | How to get it |
|---|---|
| Croajiro | Catch one near 121, -453; its leap works without a saddle. |
| Chillet | Catch one near 171, -420; it is a level 11 fight and a fast water mount. |
| Player Level 11 | Reach this level so you can craft the Chillet Saddle. |
| Chillet Saddle | Craft it after hitting Level 11 to ride Chillet over water. |
| Tundra Outfit | Craft it with Cloth and Ice Organs for the cold tower area. |
Set up the Pals and cold protection before leaving the starter side of the map. A base Chillet handles the crossing, and condensing it makes the ride faster.
How to teleport to Sunreach Isles at Level 11 in Palworld
This route turns Croajiro’s leap and Chillet’s water riding into an early path up Feybreak Tower and through the Sunreach portal.
STEP 1/11
Catch Croajiro near 121, -453

From the starting area, run to about 121, -453 and catch Croajiro for its high leap partner skill.
STEP 2/11
Catch Chillet near 171, -420

Fight Chillet at about 171, -420 so you have a fast water mount for the crossing.
STEP 3/11
Craft the Chillet Saddle at Level 11

Hit player Level 11, then craft the Chillet Saddle so Chillet can carry you over water.
STEP 4/11
Move to the southwest crossing point

Travel to about 686, -761, the shoreline used to start the long ride toward Feybreak Island.
STEP 5/11
Ride Chillet toward Feybreak Island

Head straight southwest over the water; if Chillet runs out of stamina, wait on the mount until it recovers.
STEP 6/11
Continue to the tower approach

Keep moving across Feybreak Island past the red and purple areas until you reach about -1293, -673.
STEP 7/11
Equip the Tundra Outfit

Put on the Tundra Outfit before the cold tower area; it takes Cloth and Ice Organs to make.
STEP 8/11
Start climbing Feybreak Tower with Croajiro

Summon Croajiro at the tower exterior because its leap works without a saddle.
STEP 9/11
Use leap stance to gain height

Press F to trigger Croajiro’s leap stance, then recall and resummon it for the next launch.
STEP 10/11
Shift to the side ledge near the top

For the awkward last section, move to the side and boost onto the ledge instead of trying to go straight up.
STEP 11/11
Interact with the tower portal

Use the portal on the ledge to teleport into Sunreach, then be ready for late-game sky islands immediately.

Sunreach priorities after the portal

Sunreach is late-game, fog-covered, and dangerous, so arrival is not the same thing as safety. The portal puts you near sky-island landmarks such as the Enchanted Firmament, with enemies and resources from that tier around you.
Activate a Sunreach fast-travel point before chasing loot so the climb turns into a normal return route instead of a one-time gamble.
Your first job is map access: interact with the Sunreach Watchtower and any nearby Great Eagle Statues or Palboxes you can reach. The early visit is useful for grabbing late-game items such as high-end spheres, but get a return point before planning a longer loot run.
Normal Sunreach route through Feybreak Tower
The normal route is to reach Feybreak Tower on the southern edge of Feybreak Island, around -1294, -1669, and clear its tower fight against Bjorn & Bastigor.
After the fight, use the summit altar/portal and accept the prompt to move to a different altar. That sends you to Sunreach; from there, activate fast travel before leaving the region.
Level 11 route failure points

If Chillet drains stamina during the ocean ride, stay mounted and let it recover instead of turning back. The crossing is long enough that a pause can happen even when the route is working.
The tower push also punishes missing prep. Equip the Tundra Outfit before the cold section, and do not force the final Croajiro climb straight upward: near the top, move toward the side ledge and launch from there.
The worst mistake is leaving Sunreach without a return point. Touch a fast-travel anchor first, then go looking for high-end spheres or other late-game loot.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you ride Jetragon if you catch one early in Sunreach?
Not from the Level 11 setup. You can catch Jetragon, but its saddle is for much later, so the catch does not become an immediate mount for this early route.
Do you need to activate a Sunreach fast-travel point before leaving?
Yes. A Great Eagle Statue, watchtower, or Palbox only becomes useful as a return point after you interact with it, so leaving before activation sends you back through the tower route.
Did version 1.0.2 change Sunreach teleport requirements?
No. Version 1.0.2 and the 1.0.2.101103 hotfix were stability and performance updates, including Sunreach performance work, with no new Pals, regions, gear, stat changes, or portal requirement changes.
