Hotori is featured as the headline S-Class unit on the “Misty Tipsy Style” event banner. She belongs to the Cosmos faction and uses the Solid element. Early gameplay impressions describe her as a burst-focused DPS character capable of manipulating time during combat sequences.

Her kit revolves around slowing enemies, controlling battlefield pacing, and triggering high-damage Momentum finishers. Because of these mechanics, many early community impressions already place her among the stronger offensive units introduced during Version 1.0.

The banner follows NTE’s standard limited gacha structure:

Hard Pity90 Pulls

Hotori’s release also marks the transition into Version 1.0 Phase 2 for global servers, replacing Nanally’s launch banner lineup.

Unlike some other gacha systems, NTE’s limited banners currently do not appear to feature a 50/50 system once an S-Class trigger occurs. Recent gacha breakdowns indicate that hitting the S-Class pull on a limited banner guarantees the featured unit directly. Here is the first look from the CN server:

Hotori is also expected to be one of the most important DPS additions in the early meta. Several recent tier discussions already place her among the stronger upcoming characters because of her burst damage potential and utility effects tied to time manipulation.
