Complete the Hazmat quest in Animal Hospital, then return to The Hollow and claim the Mimic Hoodie avatar item at the Animal Hospital booth.
The Mimic Hoodie is an avatar reward tied to Animal Hospital’s quest in The Hollow. Entering the hospital takes you out of the hub, and the quest runs across several shifts.
The quest awards a badge before you collect the hoodie back in The Hollow. This guide covers the hospital shifts, photo puzzle, Hazmat hand-in and hub claim.
How to get the Mimic Hoodie in Animal Hospital
Complete your first shift, clear Hazmat’s photo quest, then collect the avatar reward in The Hollow.
Part 1 – Complete the first hospital shift
Enter Animal Hospital and work at reception until the next shift begins.
Enter Animal Hospital
Approach its doorway in The Hollow and select Let's go! to leave the hub. The title card identifies the game as [🎃] Animal Hospital (Anomaly).
Join the shift queue
Cross the lobby to the glowing red doorway and use Teleport. In the outdoor queue area, stand on an elevator square to start Shift 1.
Finish Shift 1 at reception
Use E at Stamp Forms, photograph the patient, register them on the PC and print their badge. When the PC reads REGISTERED, collect the badge with E Take and speak to the patient. When Barney asks for coffee at the counter, give it to him. Continue your patient duties until the shift ends and Shift 2 begins.
Part 2 – Find the photos and solve the portrait
Hazmat’s vacuum reveals the pieces needed for the wall puzzle.
Take Hazmat’s vacuum
During Shift 2, leave reception for the hallway counter decorated with jack-o’-lanterns. The orange-suited Hazmat NPC gives the Take the vacuum objective; use E Take on the tool beside them. The objective changes to Clear slime and find the photos.
Clear slime and collect photos
Vacuum pink slime in the hallways and examination rooms, then use Take to collect the exposed photo pieces. Check in Lin Jo at reception as patient duties continue during this shift. One piece appears pink and floats above the tiled floor. Keep collecting until the objective changes to Solve the puzzle.
Solve the wall puzzle
Find the tile board in the room with laboratory illustrations and a control panel beneath it. Slide the tiles into a complete portrait.
Part 3 – Hand in the quest and claim the hoodie
Complete Hazmat’s hand-in before returning to The Hollow.
Hand over the tank
At reception, speak to Hazmat and follow the request to hand over the tank. The conversation completes the quest and awards the Animal Hospital x The Hollow badge. The QUEST COMPLETE screen lists Pumpkin Intern, x100 event currency and an avatar item to collect in the hub.
Return to The Hollow
Open the Roblox pause menu and select Return to "The Hollow" to travel back to the hub.
Claim the Mimic Hoodie
Approach the Animal Hospital portal booth and press Claim. Redeeming the badge in The Hollow grants 10 tickets. The reward arrives with an AVATAR ITEM OBTAINED notification naming Mimic Hoodie.
Vacuum the corridor walls as well as the floor. One pink slime patch sits beneath a security camera.
