Control Resonant’s Carbon Copy story has three quests: find Hannah, investigate Heidi’s disappearance, then follow her copies to the Park Factory.
Heidi is hiding in a partly flooded, Mold-infested shack west of the FBC Base in The Park zone. The family resemblance soon stops being much help.

Speak with Heidi to start Carbon Copy and receive your first objective, Find Heidi’s Twin Sister in the Park. Dylan promises to find Hannah and return; the conversation gives you one Heidi’s Old Apartment Key.

Cross the rooftops
Follow the apartment marker south across the rooftops and blue fungal formations toward the building with an ASCE sign. Floating Mold creatures appear on its roof; melee and power attacks defeat them.

Enter apartment 11
Interact with the lit rooftop door to unlock it, go down the stairwell and follow the hall into apartment 11.

Find Hannah
Collect Letter to Hannah from the living-room coffee table, then speak with Hannah in the bedroom. The objective changes to Return to Heidi.

Report back to Heidi
Retrace the Mold-covered rooftop route to her shack and tell her Hannah is safe at their apartment. This completes Carbon Copy and awards Untapped Mother’s Locket.
How to complete Carbon Copy: Part II
The investigation moves to Central before sending you back to the sisters’ apartment in The Park.

Fast travel to Central and find her at the outdoor medical intake tent near the Field Hospital. The twins have been examined: Heidi is uninjured but insists Hannah is hurt. Discuss their condition to advance Part II to Search for Clues to Find Heidi.

Search the medical units
Head toward the upper ER Medical Unit containers. Pick up Notes on Pattern Victims from the outdoor gurney beside the stairs, pass through the first medical unit and enter the adjacent ER unit.

Find Hannah
Collect Medical Report: Hannah Garrett from the counter, then interact with Hannah on the hospital bed. She mutters mold noises; Dylan contacts Zoe about the twins he found in The Park, one of whom is missing.

Find Note from Heidi in the same ER Medical Unit after speaking with Hannah.

Leave the Field Hospital
Exit the unit and climb the stacked containers to the rooftop fast-travel point. Select FBC Base in The Park; you arrive on its roof.

Re-enter apartment 11
Cross the rooftops and Mold terrain toward the apartment, passing the floating enemies without another fight. Go through the rooftop stairwell, descend and enter apartment 11.

Report the body
Hannah is absent from the bedroom. Check the bathroom floor and use Report Dead Body on the body there. Dylan tells Zoe he has found Heidi dead; reporting the body completes Carbon Copy: Part II.
How to complete Carbon Copy: Part III

Follow the copies
Cross the roofs and Mold drifts, then descend to the misty streets. Pass the hotel and parking structure, enter the underground garage, pass the FBC Ranger and leave through the opposite side. Keep following the copies to Heidi at the locked Park Factory warehouse entrance in The Park.

Get the factory key
Speak with Heidi outside the warehouse. Dylan addresses her as Heidi, and she gives him one Park Factory Key; the objective changes to Try to Save Hannah.

Approach Hannah
Use the key on the rolling door, follow the corridor and enter the large chamber containing the transformed Mold Hannah. Dylan says Heidi is nearby, offers to help and asks Hannah to calm down. She turns hostile, changing the objective to Defeat Hannah.

Defeat Mold Hannah
Fight her when she attacks. The encounter yields Thriving Spore and the Mold Plague – Apex collectible.

Return to Heidi
Head back to the entrance and speak with Heidi beside the parked delivery truck. She acknowledges that Hannah is gone, and Dylan tells her to wait there.
Completing the questline awards Untapped Medical Alert Bands and the Budding Mycologist trophy. The name Carbon Copy has become unusually literal.
