Use the front treadmill’s left prompt, rear bike’s left prompt, Lime vending machine, treadmill’s right prompt, and bike’s right prompt to open the stairwell and claim the health upgrade.
The treadmill is in the front exercise room, the stationary bike is in the rear exercise room, and the Lime soda vending machine is in the hallway. You can reach the puzzle once you have access to the Unknown late in the game; traversal abilities are needed to reach the gym. Inside, the right-hand doorway leads to a board with Workout Instructions.
