It is not a pure zero-input setup from start to finish. Most of the run plays itself once the early placements are done, but the final wave can require a quick sell-and-replace if Dante runs out of DT before the boss dies.

Dante priority after Harpist
The main timing check happens after Harpist dies. At that point, switch Dante to Strongest priority so he avoids wasting hits on the wrong boss and can build toward his full-AOE form.
This matters because Tempting Devil can drain Dante’s bar when Dante attacks it. By pushing Dante toward a stronger target instead, he has a better chance to gain DT, enter his full-AOE state, and hit the bosses inside his range together.
Final boss relocation backup
The end of the run is the only part that needs attention. If Dante loses DT at the wrong time, the final boss can move out of the front setup’s range, even when the rest of the clear looks stable.
If the final boss starts leaking, sell the front slow units, rebuild them at the back, then sell and rebuild Maki and Dante at the back before upgrading Dante again.
Clear time and farming value
Expect a clear around 6 minutes once the route is running cleanly. That makes it attractive for repeat farming because the setup asks much less from your damage traits, stats, Memoria, and Familiar collection than stronger Gojo/Sukuna-type clears usually do.
