On the Downtown map, look for the SECRET question mark and LARGE RESOURCE CRATE markers at the restaurant’s location. You can enter Atlantis Cafe through its front doors. Inside, the Shop Opening Instructions note is at the service counter; it tells you to switch on the appliances from smallest to largest.
