Downtown cafe counter
First, check the Downtown Secret location on the map.
Central laundry clue and washing machines
At the Central laundromat, read the note titled Laundry Puzzle. Under WHILE YOU WAIT, it displays these lines of zeros and ones in order:

After reading the note, move to the washing machines and toggle them. The note displays seven rows of zeros and ones.
West Incursion Zone register backroom
The West Incursion Zone cash register displays ENTER CODE. Entering the correct code opens the backroom path.
