To get the Moon Relic in The Mimic, finish all seven carnival games, enter the mansion, and match the target moon phase across eight charts.
The Moon Relic is a puzzle reward inside The Mimic’s mansion during The Hollow event. The mansion opens after you complete every carnival game, and the relic itself is locked behind a series of moon charts.
Solving the charts awards the Moon Relic. The event continues with other relics and a boss fight afterward. This guide covers entry from the event hub, the carnival games, and the mansion puzzle.
How to get the Moon Relic in The Mimic
Enter The Hollow, finish the carnival games, then solve the Moon Relic charts in the mansion.
Complete the carnival games
In the event hub, approach The Mimic among the glowing portals and select Let's go! on the Teleport prompt to leave the hub. Join a match at the lobby booth, then approach the event game booth; select SINGLEPLAYER and CONFIRM. The menu also shows MULTIPLAYER and NORMAL. At the wooden passage into the carnival, use EQUIP on the flashlight labeled Light at the entrance. Inside, inspect Ronnie’s music box marked Do Not Open; it opens and Ronnie introduces tag. Your objective starts at 0/7, and completing all seven games opens the mansion. At the outdoor Dunking Booth, hold E to play. Complete High Striker’s three rounds by clicking rapidly until the meter fills, then finish Mini Golf’s three holes by dragging away from the ball to aim and letting go to putt; sink every hole. Mini Golf’s opening display shows hole 1 of 3 alongside a 1:00 timer. The objective reads 3/7 after golf. At Basketball, hold the click until the right-hand timing bar reaches the green target, then let go to shoot; progress reaches 4/7. Hold E at the wooden board of clown heads to start Whack a Clown and complete its ten rounds, bringing progress to 5/7. Avoid the patrolling monster on your way to the rows of colored balloons at Pop the Balloon. Aim with the mouse and throw darts with a click or Space across three rounds; walking away exits that game. The opening balloon display shows round 1 of 3, 15 left, and a 0:30 timer. Progress reaches 6/7 after Pop the Balloon. Finally, hold E at the Ring Toss booth with green bottles and land rings on the bottles.
Find the Moon Relic sphere
Follow the mansion hallways to a dark wooden room lit by candles. The floating sphere above a counter is labeled MOON RELIC.
Open the moon puzzle
At the sphere’s HOLD E TO OBTAIN prompt, hold E to open its eight-chart puzzle.
Match chart 1
Drag the sun around the central moon until its phase matches TARGET at the top right.
Match chart 2
Move the sun until the moon matches the displayed half-moon target.
Match chart 3
Drag the sun until the moon matches the target image at the top of the chart.
Match chart 4
Reposition the sun to reproduce the lunar phase shown in TARGET.
Match chart 5
Drag the sun until the moon’s shadow matches the target phase.
Match chart 6
Rotate the sun around the moon to match the indicated target phase.
Match chart 7
Move the sun until the moon shows the target’s thin crescent.
Finish chart 8
Match the final chart’s target phase. When the puzzle is complete, the Moon Relic acquisition notification appears.
At the carnival, press F to use your equipped flashlight. Press TAB to open the inventory.

What comes after the Moon Relic in The Mimic?
The route continues through the library to the Fate Relic card table. Its puzzle has five rounds: memorize the highlighted card and click where it lands. Farther along the hallway, solve the Eye Relic mirror sequence, then complete the constellation rotation puzzles for the Star Relic.
After those relics, enter the central chamber and hold E at the purple CRYSTAL BALL to speak. Choose LEAVE from its wish menu to receive the lunar axe for the fight against Dimitra, the Cursed Oracle; press 1 to equip it. Defeating Dimitra awards the Children of The Hollow badge. Return to The Hollow event hub and redeem that badge for the Hiachi Grin Mask avatar item.
