You redeem codes from inside the lobby itself, not through a menu, so you’ll need to walk to a specific spot before you can type anything in.

You’ll know it worked when the screen flashes “REDEEMED!” and your Spirits and Revive Credits update right away. If you see “ALREADY REDEEMED” instead, that code is tied to your account already and won’t pay out twice.

Why didn’t my code work?

If the box shows “ALREADY REDEEMED,” that code has already been applied to your account, and codes generally can’t be reused once claimed. Double-check your spelling and capitalization too, since a single wrong character will stop the code from going through.
