Since the introduction of the revolutionary Night Sight shooting mode on Pixel devices, the smartphone industry has seen many manufacturers try their luck on developing something similar for their respective devices. One of the leaders in the segment, Samsung, has done a pretty good job with their own iteration — Night mode.
The famed Night mode was first introduced in the Samsung Galaxy S10 family through an OTA update, which later trickled down to the previous-gen S9 and Note 9 devices. Samsung’s most recent offering, the Galaxy Note 10 duo, came with Night mode selfie, allowing users to take crisp selfies even in the most unforgiving lighting conditions.
The Galaxy S10 received the selfie Night mode update in September, and, now, the UI is getting a facelift in One UI 2.
In One UI 2, the Night mode option is not accessible from the main UI and is hidden under More tab. Here’s how to access it.
Step 1: Open the camera app.
Step 2: Scroll over to the More tab.
Step 3: Tap on Night to enable it manually.
Step 4: Take Night mode selfies.
