Microsoft has expanded the availability of its AI-enhanced Office suite by releasing the Copilot Pro subscription for individuals and Copilot for Microsoft 365 for organizations of all sizes. Both subscriptions offer full access to Copilot in MS Office, Copilot GPT, Image Creator from Designer, and priority access to GPT-4 Turbo.
Copilot Pro is available for all Microsoft 365 Personal and Family subscribers for $20 per month/per user. With this subscription, you can use Microsoft’s AI tool across multiple devices – PC, phone, and on the web. The subscription provides access to Copilot in MS Office on PC, Mac, and iPad.
Copilot Pro makes it easier for you to generate drafts, outlines, and slides, summarize data, and create content across apps like apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. You can create a custom Copilot chatbot for specific topics using Copilot GPT, create images faster on Image Creator from Designer with 100 daily boosts, and get responses from Copilot faster, even during peak hours.
Alongside Copilot Pro, Microsoft has also expanded the availability of Copilot for Microsoft 365 by lifting off the 300-seat purchase minimum requirement. Because of this, even small businesses can use the AI tool for a price of $30 per person per month.
This subscription is available for Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Business Standard customers as well as Office 365 E3 and E5 customers. In addition to the features available inside Copilot Pro, Copilot for Microsoft 365 can also work with a larger data set that includes your emails, meetings, chats, and documents to provide status updates based on the available resources.
