There is a warning against touching something. That karaoke performance is tied to Be What You Want To Be, the trophy you’re after in Control Resonant.

Dylan finishes the song, the karaoke machine shuts down, and the dancers are freed. The upper-right notification reads “Be What You Want To Be / Trophy earned!”; the center banner reads “Quest Completed / The Party Won’t Stop.” The quest also awards Untapped Bar Blade and the Varsity Jacket outfit.
