[Bummer] Oppo R11 doesn’t feature USB Type-C port

NerdsChalk Staff

After all the hustle and bustle behind numerous leaks and rumors of the Oppo R11 and R11 Plus, we finally get to find out that the Oppo R11 (and R11 Plus?) will have a Micro USB port instead of USB type-C. Bummer!

Although it isn’t that much of a deal breaker, as you’ll just have to look once for the right orientation before plugging in your device. But it’s old, and you don’t want old tech on your shiny new device running on Snapdragon 660, a dual 20MP+16MP camera and 4GB of RAM. It’s only natural to expect the device to at-least have the latest USB Type C port on it.

Last week’s teaser video showed us the Oppo R11 and Oppo R11 Plus in three color variants — Pink, Gold and Black. But Oppo will surely add their touch to what these colors are actually called. Both devices are expected to be launched on June 10.
