The Talisman collectible is hidden in Act 4’s Pilgrim Zone, starting from the central campfire and heading into the large base until you reach the room where it can be picked up for your base wall.
The Talisman is easy to miss because it sits deep inside the large base near the middle of the Pilgrim Zone route. Start from the Act 4 campfire, use the base as your main landmark, and follow the same path through the interior until the pickup appears.

Before you start, make sure you are already in Act 4 and standing at the Pilgrim Zone campfire in the middle of the map. The collectible itself is a wall decoration, so this is a short grab route rather than a combat or puzzle objective.
Use the large base beside the central Pilgrim Zone campfire as your anchor, then keep following the interior route until the Talisman pickup appears.

Once collected, the Talisman is added as a decoration on the wall in your base. It appears near the sink area, so check that part of the base after returning.
